Tokyo JOHOKU Japanese Language School was established in 1988 with the goal of nurturing talented individuals capable of contributing to society. Since our founding, we have produced many excellent graduates who have gone on to active careers not only in Japan but also in various fields around the world. Tokyo Johoku Japanese Language Our school upholds the educational philosophy of: “Opening the future,” “Respecting diversity and promoting cooperation,” and “Cultivating a sense of social contribution and responsibility.” Each class has an average of 15 students. Homeroom teachers take the lead and strive to provide careful instruction that is tailored to each student. Although the school is large, the small number of students in each class means that students and teachers are close, creating a homely atmosphere where students can ask for advice on anything.

  • The theme of the lessons is "speaking." Using various everyday situations and topics, you can learn more natural and smooth Japanese conversation. We offer a variety of activities that allow you to experience the four seasons of Japan. You can immediately put into practice the Japanese you have learned in class, making your study abroad experience even more rewarding.

  • We provide thorough support for students who wish to obtain N2 certification, aiming to achieve their individual goals of "advancement to higher education" and "employment." We provide classes and support for students who want to pass exams and get high scores that are essential for employment and further education.
