  • Osaka has long flourished as one of Japan’s foremost commercial cities. The city is also popular among tourists for its many attractions and its unique cuisine. While bustling with countless restaurants, it is also known as an easy city to live in. Although it is a large city, it is chosen by many international students because it offers a relatively low cost of living and rent compared to Tokyo, making it an easy place to live. The school is located downtown, 3 minute walk from the subway, and in a very busy area. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to popular spots in Osaka as well as to Kyoto, or Nara.

  • Even if you’re a beginner, that’s not a problem! You can start from the basics at ISI Osaka. The curriculum is designed to help you develop the four language skills—listening, speaking, writing, and reading—at a balanced pace.

  • At the Intermediate II level and above, students can choose elective classes. This provides an environment where students can focus on what they truly want to learn for their future.
    Elective classes include JLPT preparation, EJU preparation, job hunting, graduate school pathways, and practical conversation.

  • Ideal for students planning to pursue higher education in the Kansai area. ISI’s unique academic guidance and elective classes, tailored to students’ needs and backed by a strong track record of results, provide strong support for higher education in the Kansai region.
