TOKYO IKUEI JAPANESE SCHOOL is one of the top of educational institutions in Japan for international students who are aspiring to study in Japan.   • Tokyo Ikuei Japanese Language School is located a minute walk from Mikawashima Station in Tokyo. It is very accessible from Nippori Station, and you can travel directly from Narita Airport Narita Airport. In addition, our school was relocated in July 2024, to a beautiful new building, making it a very good learning environment. There are many international restaurants in the area, and many convenience stores, pharmacies, ATMs, and post offices are located nearby. You can study Japanese in a place where both the school and the surrounding facilities provide a good learning environment.

  • This is a multinational school. Students from all over the world including: China, Russia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Mongolia, Latvia, Armenia, Germany, USA, Nepal, and Sri Lanka are studying at our well-balanced school.

  • Depending on your level of Japanese, classes will be in the morning OR afternoon, and a total of 20 hours/week.

  • This class is for students whose JLPT is about N5. These are students who have studied Japanese for more than 150 hours. This class is for students who want to learn Japanese from scratch. The curriculum is designed to develop the four skills of listening, speaking, writing, and reading without difficulty.

  • This class is for students who have studied at a Japanese language school for one year. Students are able to have simple conversations with Japanese people and communicate smoothly depending on their level of progress.

  • Classes are of moderate intensity so that students can balance study and free time. The goal of this course is to develop Japanese language skills and to enter universities or vocational schools. We also provide support for other exams such as JLPT and EJU.

  • From preparing you for interviews to teaching you proper business Japanese, we provide support for when you’re ready to join the Japanese workforce or attend a university.

Housing

  • Student dormitories are available when vacancies are available and are located near Matsudo Station, WIFI and utilities included. Rent is 60,000 yen / month and includes electricity, gas, water, and WiFi.
    It is one room per person.
    Matsudo is a city in Chiba prefecture, next to Tokyo, but the cost of living is low compared to Tokyo, and living in Matsudo for 60000 yen is inexpensive considering the market price in Japan.

  • We have a business relationships with a “foreigner friendly” real estate companies, we can recommend a few places, so you can rent your own apartment.
